I am proposing to walk the ridge & back to Aran Fawddwy from Llanuwchllyn in celebration of the inaugral Thursday Meet, 10 years ago, on 14 Feb 2008, a bitterly cold day I recall, when 10 of us walked, Dave Chadwick & friend Pete, Bryan & Mike Gilbert, Helen Brady, Milly Wright, Steve Walker, John Crosby & Sue Taylor.
Meet in the small car park in Llanuwchllyn at the southern end of Lake Bala, ready to walk at 10.30 am, Grid Ref SH879297. Walk 10 miles, ascent 3315 ft, mod/hard. More details see Walking Britain Walk 3017.
