Roger and Mike McEneany are planning to resume the Thursday walks on the first Thursday of each month starting with this meet. As far as possible, the plan is to continue to follow Mike Stevens' "The North Wales Castles Trail" book.
This meet is not actually in the book, but the days are still short so it is a fairly short walk to Shotwick Castle.with a late start.
Park at Shotwick church for an 11.30 start, circular walk, about 5 miles, all welcome.
