Bookings are for a minimum of 3 nights except for June, July and August when bookings are for 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday)
There is a discount (currently 20%) on the per night charges for a booking of 7 nights or more
The cottage should be vacated by 11.00am on day of departure and will be available from 4.00pm on day of arrival
A deposit of 50% is required to secure a reservation with the balance being payable in full six weeks before arrival date
