Outward journey along a "roller coaster ridge" visiting Moel Faen, Moel y Gamelin & Moel Morfydd, return by a relatively flat walk.
Distance 7.5 miles, 2,000ft ascent, 5 hours.

I suggest an after hill pint at the Druid Inn, Pontblyddyn, CH47 4HG.
