Background: to get the meets list including day walks organised for 2023 we would like to invite members to a meeting to discuss what is involved in organising a walk , address any questions about insurance and hopefully encourage members to organise a walk if they haven't done one before now. 

The meeting is also for seasoned organisers to come along and share tips. 

We will also cover how to use the club website to communicate walk details.
